Respectful Pear

Backstory:

Respectful Pear is a band that originated from the small, eclectic town of Burlington, Vermont in 2010. The lead singer, Melvin “Mel” Greenwood, and the drummer, Theodore “Theo” Pinter, were both childhood friends who shared a mutual love for music. Together they started playing at local gatherings, earning their name from their first ever performance at a farmer’s market, under a large, fruit-laden pear tree. Soon, they were joined by Lisa “Liz” Finnegan on bass and Anthony “Tony” Caruso on keyboards, both of whom brought a unique touch to the band’s music, completing the quartet. They began to gain a local following and eventually broke into the mainstream with their mix of intriguing lyrics and unforgettable melodies.
