Vast Cliff

Backstory:

Vast Cliff was born from a shared love of the wild and the outdoors, forged on the cliff edges and deep valleys of the American Southwest. The band’s founding members, lead vocalist Adam “Ace” Carter and drummer Theo Jones, were childhood friends who spent their early years exploring the vast, wild landscapes of their hometown in Arizona. Inspired by this environment, Vast Cliff’s music echoes with the raw beauty and power of nature. The addition of bassist Luna Marquez and guitarist Johnny “Riff” Davis in their late teens cemented the band’s signature sound, a blend of high-energy rock rhythms and deeply emotive lyrics that resonates with fans across the globe.

Title:

“Echoes of the Canyon”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Am) Dusk falls on the canyon,
(G) shadows dancing wild and free
(Em) Just like the dreams we used to have,
(F) you and me

(Am) Guitars ringing through the night,
(G) under the desert’s moonlight glow
(Em) Your voice a whisper on the wind,
(F) I can’t let go

Chorus:
(C) Echoes of the canyon,
(G) My heart is calling back to you
(Am) Underneath the desert stars,
(F) Our love was something true

(C) Echoes of the canyon,
(G) I can still feel your touch
(Am) We were born to roam these deserts,
(F) I miss you so much

Verse:
(Am) We climbed the highest peaks,
(G) lost in the wild and free
(Em) The world was ours, just you and I,
(F) where the land meets the sea

(Am) But like the sun that sets,
(G) you had to go away
(Em) Now all I have are these echoes,
(F) and an empty heart that stays

(Repeat Chorus)
