Backstory:
Cultured Rubbish is an eclectic mix of five friends: Henry, Ian, Eliza, Bill, and Ray, who met in an art school in Liverpool. Each of them brought their unique creative flair to the table, and their shared rebellious, quirky spirit led them to form a band. While their initial intention was to simply make music in between their art projects, their unique sound quickly gained attention.
Their first gig at a local pub turned into a weekly residency, and soon they were getting booked for music festivals and touring throughout the UK. Cultured Rubbish is known for their vibrant live performances that are just as much visual spectacles as they are auditory experiences, due to their art backgrounds. The band has managed to create a unique identity that distinguishes them from others, making them a symbol of contemporary British music.
