Backstory:
Grown Detail is a band hailing from Sacramento, California. It was formed when five university friends, who bonded over their shared love for music, decided to take their dorm room jam sessions to the next level. The members include lead vocalist and keyboardist Alex Thurman, guitarist and backing vocalist Mason Cross, bassist Chloe Hart, drummer Ryan Peterson, and multi-instrumentalist Emily Lake. They started playing gigs in small local venues and soon started gaining traction within their city. Their unique blend of soulful lyrics and captivating melodies quickly earned them a strong local fan base, which eventually led to a record deal with a well-known music label.
