Coordinated Bath

Backstory:

Coordinated Bath started out as a group of four college friends who shared a love for music and a tiny apartment in New York City. The members include – Ben on lead vocals and guitar, Kyle on drums, Adam on bass, and Sam on Keyboard. The name ‘Coordinated Bath’ was born out of their unique living situation, where they had to coordinate their bath times due to the limited number of bathrooms in their apartment. This quirk of their daily lives eventually became the backbone of their musical identity, as they aimed to create music that was as synchronized and harmonious as their bathing schedule.

Their initial years were filled with struggle, juggling part-time jobs and late-night jam sessions. But they gained traction in the local music scene with their unique sound and the raw, heartfelt lyrics. Their big break came when their song “Synchronized Showers” went viral on YouTube, earning them a record deal and a dedicated fan base.

“Echoes in the Bathtub”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
G C
Waking up to the city’s noise,
Em D
In this tiny flat, we have no choice.
G C
We take turns in our little bath,
Em D
Laughing, splashing, creating our path.

(Chorus)
C Em
Echoes in the bathtub,
G D
Drowning out the world’s hubbub.
C Em
In this coordinated dip,
D
We find our friendship’s grip.

(Verse 2)
G C
Through highs and lows, we strum our tale,
Em D
In this cubicle, our dreams set sail.
G C
With every ripple and every splash,
Em D
We string our song, in this city clash.

(Chorus)
C Em
Echoes in the bathtub,
G D
Amidst the city’s hubbub.
C Em
In this synchronized flow,
D
We let our bond grow.

Band’s Favorite Fan:

Our favorite fan is Emily. She’s been with us since we first started out, attending our backyard performances when we were still an unknown college band. Emily says, “Coordinated Bath is my favorite band because their music is raw, real, and completely relatable. Their song ‘Echoes in the Bathtub’ resonates with me on a personal level, reminding me of my own friendship journey in this bustling city. I love how their music brings a sense of unity, taking something as mundane as a shared bathroom and turning it into a symbol of harmony and coordination.”
