Backstory:
Vain Printer formed in the heart of Melbourne, Australia, in the summer of 2011. Initially brought together by their mutual love of music and a shared interest in the intersection of technology and art, the band members – Liam on vocals and guitar, Grace on bass, and Ben on drums – began to jam together. Borrowing their unique name from an old, broken printer in their humble garage rehearsal space, they quickly found their sound, which was as eclectic and unpredictable as their band name suggested.

Their journey was not without its share of challenges, but every setback only made their bond stronger. After several years of performing in local gigs and bars, they caught the attention of a prominent record label in 2015, after which their career took off. As their fan base grew, so did their musical style, evolving from their early garage rock roots into something deeper and more philosophical, much like the curious moniker they carried.
