Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1 – A minor, F major, C major, G major)
A minor F major C major G major
In the streets of suburbia, we were born and bred,
A minor F major C major G major
Underneath the cookie cutter houses, secrets were fed.

(Chorus – F major, G major, A minor)
F major G major A minor
Shackles of Suburbia, hold us down,
F major G major A minor
In the echoes of silence, we drown.

(Verse 2 – A minor, F major, C major, G major)
A minor F major C major G major
In the alleys of dreams, we found our way,
A minor F major C major G major
Chasing shadows at twilight, losing ourselves in the fray.

(Chorus – F major, G major, A minor)
F major G major A minor
Shackles of Suburbia, hold us down,
F major G major A minor
In the echoes of silence, we drown.

(Bridge – C major, G major)
C major G major
They say home is where the heart is,
C major G major
But our hearts are lost in the abyss.

(Chorus – F major, G major, A minor)
F major G major A minor
Shackles of Suburbia, hold us down,
F major G major A minor
In the echoes of silence, we drown.

(Finale – A minor)
A minor
In suburbia, we’re forever bound.
