Backstory:
Parched Farm started as two high school buddies from Montgomery, Alabama, who discovered their shared love for music during a jam session in a garage. The duo, made up of Sam “Sandy” Peters on vocals and harmonica, and Jackson “Jack” Thompson on the guitar, spent their summer breaks playing at local bars and venues, getting their first taste of the music scene. Their name, Parched Farm, was inspired by their Southern roots and the often dry and difficult farming seasons that they used as metaphors for the struggles they faced in life and in making their music. After finishing school, they decided to move to Nashville to chase their dreams, where they were later joined by drummer Aaron “Aces” Brighton and bassist Georgia “Peach” Summers, completing their line-up.

Testimonial:
“I’ve been a fan of Parched Farm from the start. Their music is raw, real and it hits home for me. It’s the kind of music you can listen to during a long drive or when you’re sitting on your porch, just watching the world go by. Their stories, their struggles, and their journey resonate with me. Being from a small town farm myself, their song ‘Dust and Dreams’ particularly touched me. It’s about not giving up, about believing in your dreams despite the odds. Parched Farm’s music is a reminder of where I come from and where I want to be.”
