Backstory:
Academic Sheep is an indie rock band formed amidst the cerebral confines of Ivy League university dorms. The founding members, lead vocalist Josh Turner and guitarist Alex Flynn, were biology and literature majors respectively, who found common ground in their shared love of music. They would often jam together late into the night, their melodic explorations serving as a much-needed escape from academic pressures. When they recruited drummer Laura Chen, a fellow student and talented percussionist, and bass player Mike Russo, a mathematics wizard with an uncanny knack for rhythm, Academic Sheep was officially born.
