Backstory:
Alarming Subsidy originated in the heart of London, England, in the year 2009. The band’s unique name was inspired by a controversial government policy that the band members strongly felt needed attention. The four-piece band, consisting of Angus on lead vocals, Jake on drums, Levi on bass, and Sarah on guitar, decided to use music as their platform to discuss socio-political issues, thus creating a compelling fusion between activism and art.

Their journey has been a roller coaster, with numerous highs and lows. From performing at the dingy basement of a local pub to headlining festivals and selling out stadiums around the globe, Alarming Subsidy has come a long way.
