Back Swing originated from the vibrant music scene in Portland, Oregon. The band was formed in 2011 by four college friends – Greg, Jesse, Lucas, and Max – who had a shared affinity for spirited, swinging music and a desire to bring back the old-school sounds into the modern music scene. They started performing in local pubs and quickly gained popularity for their unique sound and energetic live performances. Their breakthrough came in 2015 when they performed at the renowned Portland Music Festival and caught the attention of a music producer who signed them to a record deal.
