Title:
“On Wingless Dreams”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[Am] There’s an old hangar, once [G] full of dreams
[F] Now it’s just echoes and [C] rusting beams
[Am] We’d sit and listen to the [G] silent planes
[F] Dreaming of escape but [C] bound by chains
(Chorus)
[Dm] On Wingless Dreams we [Am] learned to fly
[F] With our hearts in the clouds and [C] eyes on the sky
[Dm] In that old hangar, the [Am] world was ours
[F] Underneath the rusty beams and [C] age-old stars
(Verse 2)
[Am] The echoes turned into [G] melodies
[F] We found our voices in the [C] silent seas
[Am] The planes might be grounded, [G] but not us
[F] We’ll fly on the wings of [C] songs and trust
(Chorus)
[Dm] On Wingless Dreams we [Am] soared so high
[F] With our songs in the wind and [C] hopes in the sky
[Dm] From that old hangar, we [Am] took our flight
[F] Propelled by love and [C] guided by starlight
(Outro)
[Am] There’s an old hangar, [G] that’s where we began
[F] Beloved Airport, with [C] dreams in our hands.
