Backstory:
Formed in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, in 2005, ‘Boiling Member’ was birthed from the ashes of an underground indie scene, looking for a fresh sound and perspective. The band is composed of four members: frontman and lead vocalist Kyle ‘KJ’ Johnson, guitarist Dean ‘Dizzy’ Izquierdo, bassist Larry ‘Larz’ Zappa, and drummer Nick ‘Nix’ Xavier. Originally, they were friends from college who shared a mutual passion for music and a knack for creating unique tunes. Their journey began by playing at small venues, local festivals, and college events, gradually capturing the audience’s hearts with their distinct sound and raw emotional performances.
Despite the challenges and struggles they faced at their outset, their unyielding spirit and determination propelled them to fame.
