Backstory:

Born from the industrial heart of Chicago, Boiling Stomach grew out of the sizzling steam of the city’s subway tunnels and gritty streets. The founding members, Jeff “Jazzy” Jefferson and Billy “Bitter” Baxter, were childhood friends who found their footing in the music scene as rebellious teens. They spent their formative years in underground punk clubs before deciding to form their own band. Boiling Stomach was an expression of their fraught experiences, their visceral emotion, and their artistic vision to create music that challenges the status quo and resonates with the complex human gut feeling.

The band’s first big break came during a wildly successful gig at a local festival where their raw and powerful performance captured the crowd’s attention. Music insiders were also taken aback by their unique sound, and a contract was soon on the table. They’ve been boiling the music industry’s stomach ever since, melting genres and stirring up a solid fan base.
