The band started off as a group of college friends who shared a passion for music and unique philosophical discussions. Each member brought a unique instrument and style, which gave birth to a sound that was not just music to the ears, but also a profound examination of life. Their music, though charming and evocative, always questioned the norms of society, hence earning the name – Brilliant Examination.

The band consists of four members – Nathan, the vocalist and lead guitarist, Brandon, the bass guitarist, Samantha, the drummer, and Monica, the keyboardist. They started off by playing in local bars and cafes, earning a steady following due to their thought-provoking lyrics and distinct sound. Title:
“Life’s Complex Simplicity”

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em
Life’s like a river, it keeps flowing on,
Am
With layers of depth, under the glowing sun,
D
We seek the truth, amidst the lies,
G
In the mirror of life, we are our spies.

(Verse 2)
Em
We’re lost in thoughts, entangled in mind,
Am
In search of answers, that we never find,
D
We walk alone, in the crowd,
G
Shouting our thoughts, yet never loud.

(Chorus)
C D Em G
Life is complex, but simply devised,
C D Em G
In every moment, a new truth is disguised,
C D Em G
We’re a brilliant examination, in the cosmic play,
C D Em G
Discovering ourselves, in a fleeting day.
