Born and bred in the heart of Detroit’s industrial sector, Bronze Cannon emerged from humble beginnings. Band members Jake “Jet” Thompson (lead vocals, guitar), Nick “Nixon” Gilbert (drums), Benny “Bronco” Michaels (bass), and Lisa “Laser” Peterson (keyboard, backup vocals), all grew up in the same neighborhood, each developing a passion for music amidst the clanging of machinery and the whirring of factory belts. When they met during a local music festival, they immediately clicked, leading to all-night jam sessions in Benny’s garage.
