Bubbly Suicide

Backstory:
The curtains parted for Bubbly Suicide in 2012 in the heart of London’s underground music scene. Founding members, Poppy Delaney and Rex Thorn, two rebellious art students, wanted to experiment beyond the confines of their lecture halls, and so, music became their canvas. Their sound was a culmination of their eccentric tastes and colorful personalities, an unapologetic, quirky mix of paradoxes. They quickly gained a cult following for their bold, vibrant performances and their refreshingly real take on life.

In 2014, they were joined by drummer Zed Ignatius and bassist Luna Faire, further solidifying their signature brand of chaotic harmony. Through the years, the band had its share of uphill battles, including personal disagreements and record label disputes. But their shared love for creating music and their unyielding bond kept them together, making these struggles nothing more than the fuel to their fiery passion for art.

(Verse 1)
Em G
Kaleidoscope lens, she’s feeling high,

Running from shadows, chasing the sky.

Drenched in colors, she’s dripping in blood.

(Chorus)
C G D Em
In her world of bubbly suicide, she’s the queen,
C G D Em
Chasing rainbows in the night, in dreams unseen.
C G D Em
Drowning in a sea of love, floating in despair,

In her world of bubbly suicide, she breathes air.

(Verse 2)
Em G
Diamond-studded tears, a stained glass soul,
D A
She’s broken in pieces yet perfectly whole.
Em G
A fiery phoenix, a wilting rose,
D A
In her chaos, a beautiful prose.

(Chorus)
C G D Em
In her world of bubbly suicide, she’s the star,

Breathing life into ashes, bearing every scar.

Lost in the abyss, yet soaring in the light,

In her world of bubbly suicide, she takes flight.
