Backstory:
Buoyant Voice was conceived in the heart of a coastal town in Maine, by two childhood friends, Ian Ruther and Sam Fischer. They both shared a deep love for music and the sea, which led to their decision to combine their passions and start a band during their high school years. The band name, ‘Buoyant Voice’, is a reflection of their love for the sea and their desire to uplift others through their music. As they continued their musical journey, they attracted three more members, Jaden Currey on drums, Ryan Shaw on the keyboard, and Ellie Harper as a female vocalist. Their music resonates with a sense of adventure, passion, and a love for the sea that’s palpable in every song.
