Backstory:
Hailing from Seattle, Canine Analyst was formed in 2012 when a group of tech analysts decided they needed a creative outlet to balance their data-driven lives. The band, consisting of lead singer and guitarist, John Taylor, drummer, Sarah Morton, bassist, Kevin Schmidt, and keyboardist, Nicole Davis, all worked at the same tech company. After discovering their shared passion for music during a company retreat, they decided to form a band. Each band member brought their unique musical influences, helping create their distinct sound, which they named after an algorithm they developed at work, Canine Analyst.
