Backstory:
Carefree Rock was born in the vibrant college town of Athens, Georgia. The four-piece band began its journey in 2010, when lead guitarist and songwriter, Jesse Carter, met drummer, Max Thompson, in a local dive bar. They quickly discovered a shared passion for classic rock and roll and a mutual disdain for the current trends in pop music. With the addition of bassist, Lisa Marino, and keyboardist, Raj Patel, Carefree Rock was born. They began by playing covers at local bars and parties, but as their sound evolved, they started to write original music. They soon became the talk of the town due to their unique blend of rock and roll with a modern twist.
