Backstory:

Caring Damage was founded in 2013, initially as a high school garage band in the sleepy town of Hopeville, Connecticut. The core members, childhood best friends Jimmy “Jinx” Jensen and Noah “Nix” Nyx, were drawn together by their shared love for music and their unique ability to convey meaningful messages through their lyrics. They found their rhythm and purpose during a school talent show, where they touched the audience with their heartfelt music. The band grew from strength to strength, adding drummer Eli “Stix” Stockton and bass guitarist Mia “Mix” Maxwell to their line-up.

Their breakthrough came when a battle-of-the-bands competition catapulted them into the local spotlight. The win led to a record deal with small indie label, Rough Diamond Records. Their music, a unique blend of lyrical profundity and raw, hard-hitting instrumentals, quickly struck a chord with a young, disenchanted audience, eager for something beyond the mainstream.
