Cheery Target is an enchanting blend of four childhood friends from the vibrant streets of Melbourne, Australia. The band’s inception occurred in 2008 when they stumbled into a forgotten music studio, discovering an array of classic instruments that eventually birthed their unique sound. Drawn together by their shared love for music and their drive to create something original and different, they began a journey that would see them becoming one of the most loved bands in the indie pop scene.
In their early days, Cheery Target performed small gigs at local pubs and even busked on Melbourne’s busy thoroughfares.
