Backstory:

Born out of the boisterous bars and gritty garages of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, Coarse Crowd is a quartet of friends fueled by a shared love of music and a desire to shake up their small-town lives. Comprised of frontman Eli Brighton, guitarist Johnny ‘Rusty’ Deen, a bassist known only as ‘Silk’ due to his smooth playing style, and drummer, Calvin ‘Crash’ Nichols. As teenagers, they started playing gigs at local dives, their music resonating with the raw reality of life, earning them a devoted following. After a chance encounter with a talent scout, they found themselves in the big leagues, proving that talent, tenacity, and a touch of luck can turn dreams into reality.
