Backstory:
Formed in the vibrant music scene of Austin, Texas, ‘Concerned Twist’ came into existence in 2010 when high school friends Daniel O’Reilly (lead guitarist) and Adrian Fletcher (drummer) decided to pursue their musical dreams together. Joined by charismatic singer-songwriter Eliza Bennett, they embarked on an unexpected journey of diverse musical exploration. Early on, their music focused more on folk and blues; however, their sound evolved organically into alternative rock, adding a unique and diverse twist to the genre. The band’s distinctive sound is characterized by their intricate guitar work, propelling drum patterns, and Eliza’s haunting yet soulful vocals.
