Backstory:
Conscious Meal was born in a small town in Oregon, where four college friends decided to combine their passion for music and environmental activism into a unique sound experience. The band members, Jack “Sage” Henson, Leon “Lentil” Daniels, Katy “Kale” Thompson, and Ian “Indigo” Parker, all shared a common love for organic farming and a sustainable lifestyle. Their unique perspective and lifestyle became the foundation for Conscious Meal, a band that not only entertains but educates its audience about conscious living. The band started performing at local farmers markets, quickly gaining a small but dedicated following. They vowed to spread their music and message beyond their small town, dreaming of a world filled with conscious choices and sustainable living.

Conscious Meal’s music is a fusion of Indie rock and Folk with a hint of Jazz, creating a genre of their own – Eco Melodic Rock.
