Cooked Increase is a band that was formed in 2015 in the bustling city of New York. The members – James ‘Spidey’ McAlister on the vocals, guitarist Marty ‘The Chef’ Cookson, bassist Vince ‘The Spice’ Pepper, and drummer Nicky ‘The Slice’ Pastore – came together through a shared love for music and food. Each of them had spent a significant amount of time working in the culinary world before realizing their shared passion for music.
