Backstory:
The Cultivated Corporation, formed in the bustling heart of New York City in 2013, is a fusion of four talented musicians who defied the corporate world to pursue their passion. The band’s founding members, Paul ‘Taxman’ Taylor (bass), Bryan ‘Broker’ Smith (guitar), Jenny ‘Jargon’ Johnson (drums), and Samantha ‘Statistics’ Clark (vocals) met in a multinational financial firm where they worked. After a series of impromptu jam sessions in the firm’s basement, they discovered a shared love for music that transcended their routine jobs. Deciding to break out of their cubicles, the four quit their jobs to form the Cultivated Corporation, a nod to their corporate roots and the cultivation of their musical talents.
