Backstory:
Dearest Program was formed in the heart of Silicon Valley, California in 2010. The band’s members, programmer-turned-vocalist Alex Carlson, software engineer and drummer Katie Mills, IT specialist bassist Tom Roberts, and guitarist and data analyst Charlie Davis, met during a tech conference. They shared a deep love for music and decided to combine their two passions, technology and music, to create a unique sound that captured the essence of their world.
Their journey has been an exceptional one. From late-night coding sessions to jamming sessions, the band has brought together the best of both worlds. Their music resonates with tech enthusiasts and music lovers alike, with its rich blend of techno and lyrical depth that echoes the highs and lows of a programmer’s life.

Song Title:
“Binary Love”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
G D
In a world enclosed by screens and codes,
Em C
Where love is undefined and often erodes,
G D
I found my heart syncing with yours,
Em C
In the realm of binaries and open-source.
(Chorus)
G D
Binary Love, linked by an invisible cord,
Em C
Our hearts beat in rhythm, in a digital world,
G D
In the stream of data, we find our worth,
Em C
Binary Love, our connection is of sacred mirth.
(Verse 2)
G D
Through loops and algorithms we dance,
Em C
In the matrix of stars, we take our chance,
G D
A love story written in a scripting language,
Em C
Unfolding through numerous software passage.
(Chorus)
G D
Binary Love, you’re the password to my core,
Em C
Together we debug, together we soar,
G D
In the labyrinth of code, we find our path,
Em C
Binary Love, you’re my favorite aftermath.
