Backstory:
“Deficient Stone” was formed back in 2007 when a group of high school friends from Sydney, Australia decided to turn their shared passion for music into an exciting new journey. The band members, Luke Williams (lead vocalist), Max Harrison (guitar), Tony Robbins (bass), and Ethan Davis (drums) began their journey by jamming in their parent’s garages, honing their musical skills and gradually finding their unique sound. Despite their name, there’s certainly no deficiency in their talent; they simply chose it as a humorous nod to their humble beginnings and their belief in always striving for improvement.
Genre:
Deficient Stone’s music can be categorized as Alternative Rock, with a hint of Grunge and Indie elements. Their sound is characterized by the raw intensity of their guitar riffs, deep and thought-provoking lyrics, and a captivating stage presence that effortlessly emulates the spirit of a true rock and roll band.
