Delayed Amusement

Backstory:
Created in 2005, Delayed Amusement is made up of four high school friends from Austin, Texas, who share a common love for music and its capability to touch people’s hearts. The band consists of frontman Joe ‘Mojo’ Moseley on vocals and guitar, Danny ‘Dizzy’ Davis on lead guitar, Kyle ‘Killer’ Kendall on bass, and Sam ‘Slam’ Smith on drums. Inspired by their favorite bands, the group started performing in local venues, initially playing covers before branching out to create their own music. Their undeniable chemistry and unique sound quickly caught the attention of local music enthusiasts, and soon, they were playing at larger venues and major music festivals.

Genre:
The band identifies their music genre as Alternative Rock, blending elements of punk, grunge, and indie rock, with their lyrics echoing themes of personal experiences, societal issues, and the general ups and downs of life.
