Backstory:

Dense Heading was formed during the sultry summer of 2009 in the bustling city of Miami. The four-piece ensemble consisting of lead vocalist and guitarist Jake Miles, bassist Lucas Harper, drummer Sam Wilkins, and keyboardist and vocalist Lily Rivers came together while they were all attending a local music college. Their shared passion for music and the stars aligning their different musical influences led to the creation of Dense Heading. Their bond was solidified during late-night jam sessions at the college’s music room where the magic that is Dense Heading was born.

After graduation, they decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career in music. Despite the struggles and setbacks they faced along the way, they held onto their shared dream. Their perseverance paid off when they were discovered during one of their performances at a local bar by a record label executive who was impressed by their unique sound and raw talent. Since then, Dense Heading has been creating music that resonates with people and tells a story.
