Dependent Ship

Backstory:
Dependent Ship was formed in a small coastal town in Maine, where four childhood friends found solace and a sense of belonging in their shared love of music. Inspired by their surroundings, the band members Jake (lead vocals), Marty (lead guitar), Sam (bass), and Luke (drums) began crafting songs that encapsulated their lives, experiences, and the mystic allure of the sea. The band’s name, Dependent Ship, is a tribute to their collective realization that music was their reliable vessel, helping them navigate through life’s turbulent waters.

In the heart of the ocean’s roar,

In this life, no regret.

Fan Testimonial:
“My name is Noah Adams, and I’ve been an unwavering fan of Dependent Ship since their first garage gig in our hometown. Their music is reminiscent of the sea – sometimes calm, sometimes stormy, but always beautiful and full of mystery. The way their songs blend folk and rock elements is truly unique. ‘Anchor to the Stars’ is my favorite – it’s like a beacon guiding us through life. I am proud to say I’ve been with them from the beginning, and I’ll sail with them wherever their musical journey takes them.”
