Backstory:

Dim Pace was formed in the gritty backstreets of Glasgow in 2012 by old school friends, Freddie Thompson and Jamie MacGregor. A chance encounter at a local pub led to an impromptu jam session which quickly evolved into a regular gig. The duo combined their shared love for melancholic melodies and reflective lyrics, carving a niche for themselves in the local music scene. Eventually, they were joined by bassist Harry Doyle and drummer Rosie Clarke, completing the quartet that is Dim Pace. Since then, they’ve tirelessly performed around the UK, building a dedicated fanbase and earning critical acclaim with their raw, emotionally charged performances.

The band’s most ardent fan, Emily, fell deeply in love with their music during one of their earliest gigs at a small pub in Glasgow. “I was going through a tough time and their music deeply resonated with me.
