Backstory:
Born in the heart of Seattle, the birthplace of coffee culture in the USA, Disguised Coffee is a band that has redefined the term “music brew.” With a shared love for music and caffeine, members Tom Wesson (guitarist and lead vocal), Sarah Klein (bassist), Justin DuPont (drummer), and Emily Fields (keyboardist and backing vocals) decided to form a band in 2015. Initially, they considered cafe gigs as a casual opportunity to perform, to celebrate their camaraderie, and pay homage to their shared love for coffee. However, their unique sound and engaging performances quickly caught the attention of the local crowd, and before they knew it, the foursome started receiving invitations to perform at various venues across the city, giving birth to Disguised Coffee.
Genre:
Disguised Coffee’s unique blend of Indie Pop and Soft Rock, with a touch of Jazz, has become a hit amongst their growing fan base. Their music, which they describe as “a warm cup of sonic delight,” reflects their laid-back personalities and chilled Pacific Northwest vibes.

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[G]Staring through this glass pane, [C]sipping my latte,
[D]Saw you across the café, [Em]lost in your novel.
[G]Our eyes met in reflection, [C] a silent conversation,
[D]In the corners of a café, [Em]We found a connection.
(Chorus)
[G] Café corner love, [C] sweet as the sugar in my cup,
[D] Hold this moment, don’t let it slip away,
[Em]In this café corner, let’s fall in love today.
(Verse 2)
[G]You wore a smile like sunshine, [C]I wore my heart on my sleeve,
[D]In the whispers of the coffee grind, [Em]We shared a dream.
[G]Under the dimmed café lights, [C]Our stories start to weave,
[D]In this corner of the café, [Em]We found a reprieve.
(Chorus)
[G] Café corner love, [C] warm as the coffee in my cup,

[Em] In this café corner, let’s fall in love today.
