Distant Training

Backstory:
Formed in the quaint town of Northfield, Minnesota, in 2008, Distant Training is not your regular neighborhood band. The band comprises five childhood friends, Andy, Ben, Judy, Tim, and Rick, who found a unique bond through their shared love for music during their days in high school. Their tight-knit bond and diverse musical backgrounds laid the foundation for what would later become a sensation in the world of music. After high school, they all moved to different parts of the country for their respective pursuits, but the need for expressing themselves through music brought them back together in 2012. This time they were not just high school friends jamming together; they were a determined group of musicians, rehearsing their music remotely, which led to the birth of Distant Training.

Genre:
Distant Training is known for its unique blend of Alternative Rock and Indie Pop, with elements of folk music beautifully woven into its fabric. Their music is a fusion of soulful melodies, powerful lyrics, and eclectic rock riffs, giving their sound a distinctive flavor that sets them apart in the contemporary music scene.

Title: “Echoes of the Heart”

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am G
In the silence of the night
C F
Where your dreams take their flight
Am G
I hear tales of love untold
C F
In the echoes of the heart, so bold

(Chorus)
G Am
Echoes of the heart, don’t you fade
C F
In the darkness, be my jade
G Am
Echoes of the heart, don’t you drift apart
C F
In the whispers of the night, be my guiding star

(Verse 2)
Am G
With the dawn comes a new day,
C F
In the echoes of the heart, I sway
Am G
With every beat, I feel the warmth,
C F
In the echoes of the heart, I am reborn.

(Chorus)
G Am
Echoes of the heart, whisper my name
C F
In the cacophony of life, play your game
G Am
Echoes of the heart, don’t you wane
C F
In the labyrinth of love, be my flame.
