Backstory:
Distorted Circumstance was formed in the small coastal town of Brighton, England, in 2012. The band’s founding members, vocalist Alice Williams and guitarist Sam Fletcher, were school friends who shared a passion for alternative music and a desire to break the mold. They were joined by bassist Liam Thompson and drummer Ben Hughes after a chance meeting at a local open mic night. The four of them quickly bonded over their shared love of music and their collective desire to create something both personal and universally relatable.
After building up a local following with their energetic live shows, Distorted Circumstance caught the attention of indie record label “Seaside Sounds.” The band’s debut album, “Fractured Echoes,” was critically acclaimed for its raw emotion and unique sound. Today, they continue to push the boundaries of their genre with every new release, carving out a niche in the alternative music scene that is all their own.

Title:
“Through the Noise”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em C G D
In the dim light, under the city’s glow,
A tangled web, where shadows grow.
In the silence, a deafening roar,
Through the noise, we find what we’re looking for.
(Chorus)
G D Em C
Through the noise, we’re not alone,
In the chaos, we’ve found our home.
Through the noise, we learn to see,
In the distorted circumstance, we find clarity.
(Verse 2)
Em C G D
In the sea of faces, lost and found,
In the echoes, we hear the sound.
In the chaos, a harmonious rhyme,
Through the noise, we find our time.
(Chorus)
G D Em C
Through the noise, we find our voice,
In the distorted circumstance, we made our choice.
Through the noise, we learn to feel,
In the chaos, we find what’s real.
