Backstory:
Dreary Sphere started as a garage band in the small town of Stillwater, Oklahoma in 2005. The band comprises of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Michael “Mikey” Novak, lead guitarist Samuel “Sam” Nash, bassist Daniel “Danny” Perez, and drummer Alexander “Alex” Jensen. The four of them met in high school and found a common love for music that was edgy, raw, yet emotional. They started by playing at local bars and small music festivals, slowly gaining a devout following for their unique sound. Their breakthrough came in 2010 when they got signed by independent record label “Intrepid Sounds,” and they have been on a journey to capture the essence of human experience in their music ever since.
