Dual Sector

Backstory:
Dual Sector was formed in the vibrant heart of Detroit, Michigan back in 2005. Childhood friends, Adam McKenzie (Vocals & Guitar) and Scott Griffin (Drums & Synthesizer) found a mutual passion for music at an early age and decided to turn this passion into a lifelong pursuit. They started playing at local gigs and gained a small but dedicated fanbase right away. After struggling through different lineups, they finally found their third and final member in the form of bassist, Alex Collins in 2007. The trio’s chemistry was undeniable, and Dual Sector soon started making waves in the local music scene.

Title:
“Parallel Lines”

Full Song Lyrics (Verse, Chorus):

(Verse 1)
[A] Walking on the streets under the neon glow,
[D] Our hearts beat in sync, but the words we don’t know,
[E] Parallel lines, in a strange design,
[F#] Can’t intersect, but they’re forever intertwined.

[Chorus]
[D] Parallel lines, running side by side,
[A] Two hearts beating in rhythm, on this wild ride,
[E] Can’t touch, can’t collide,
[F#] But in this world, together we confide.

(Verse 2)
[A] We are the echoes of a song that’s never heard,
[D] Speaking through silence, without a single word,
[E] Parallel lines, against the hands of time,
[F#] Can’t converge, but their paths are divine.

[Chorus]
[D] Parallel lines, under the night skies,
[A] Lost in the rhythm, where the universe lies,
[E] Can’t merge, can’t devise,
[F#] But in this chaos, our love never dies.
