Equatorial Spread

Backstory:
Equatorial Spread is a band that traces its roots back to a small garage in the vibrant city of San Francisco, where high school friends – Jamie, Ryan, and Mike – decided to express their shared love for music. The band name ‘Equatorial Spread’ was inspired by their collective fascination with diverse world music and cultures along the equator. The trio initially juggled their passion for music with their day jobs, but after winning a local battle of the bands contest, they decided to take the plunge and pursue music full time.

Genre:
Equatorial Spread is a melting pot of rock, reggae, and world music, fusing melodic guitar riffs with rhythmic drums and bass lines. Their sound is often compared to the likes of Sublime and Pepper, but with a global twist.
