Essential Science

Backstory:
‘Essential Science’ is a four-piece band formed in the heart of the Silicon Valley. The members met while they were studying at Stanford University, bonding over their shared love for music and scientific pursuits. They figured that while science and music might seem worlds apart, they were both rooted in the pursuit of discovery and expression, so why not blend them? Thus, ‘Essential Science’ was born. Moving from dorm room jam sessions to local gigs, the band quickly gained a following for their unique sound and compelling lyrics that intertwined the beauty of science with the emotive power of music.

Genre:
‘Essential Science’ would best be classified as Alternative Rock with a touch of Experimental Pop, their sound being a fusion of electric guitars, synthesizers, and intricate rhythms, all underpinned by insightful lyrics that evoke curiosity and wonder.
