Title:
“Shelter in the Rain”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[G] Staring at the [C] storm, [Em] clouds rolling in,
[D] I’m lost in a world [G] that’s caving in.
[G] Looking for a [C] place, [Em] somewhere to hide,
[D] somewhere to escape [G] the rising tide.
(Chorus)
[G] You are my [C] shelter in the [Em] rain,
[D] the one who takes [G] away the pain.
[G] When everything [C] falls apart,
[Em] I find my home, [D] I find my heart [G] with you.
(Verse 2)
[G] In the darkest [C] hour, [Em] when shadows roam,
[D] you’re the light that [G] guides me home.
[G] Through the highs, the [C] lows, [Em] the in between,
[D] you’re the strongest love [G] I’ve ever seen.
(Repeat Chorus)
