Backstory:

Evil Student was formed in the grungy basements of Boston, Massachusetts in 2012. The band members – lead singer and guitarist Mickey “Mad Dog” McFinnigan, drummer Billy “Basher” O’Reardon, and bassist Danny “Devil Fingers” Donahue – originally met while studying at the Berklee College of Music. They quickly bonded over their shared love for rebellious rock and decided to drop out of college, in the pursuit of creating their own unique sound and revolutionizing the music scene. All through their journey, the band maintained their student-like demeanor – constantly learning, evolving, and challenging the norms, thus earning the name ‘Evil Student’. Over the years, they have become a thrilling live act, known for their raw energy and crowd-engaging performances.
