Backstory:
Exotic Investigation started as an eclectic ensemble of college friends from the sunny beaches of Miami, Florida. The founding members, Lenny Marshall on guitar and lead vocals, Sarah Thompson on drums, and Jasper Hill on bass, met during their freshman year at the University of Miami. They started playing together as a way to enjoy their shared passion for music and to escape from the pressures of their rigorous academic pursuits. Their unique sound quickly caught attention on campus, leading to regular gigs in local bars and eventually, a record deal offer from a well-known label.
