Far-Flung Pancake

Backstory:

Far-Flung Pancake (FFP) originated in the eclectic and diverse city of Austin, Texas. Childhood friends Jackson “Flip” Turner and Samuel “Syrup” Simmons always shared an intense passion for music and pancakes. They spent countless hours in their teenage years jamming in their garages and flipping pancakes at the local diner. As they grew older, they realized they could combine their two loves, and thus, Far-Flung Pancake was born.

FFP’s journey has been a wild ride. From their humble beginnings playing at the local pancake house to now selling out arenas, their rise to fame has been as fast as their pancake flipping skills. Their quirky name and unusual mix of music and pancakes have captured the hearts and ears of many, earning them a loyal and dedicated fan base.

“Buttermilk Blues”

Buttermilk Blues Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Dm G
Wake up in the morning, sun high in the sky
C Am
Reach for the batter, it’s pancake time
Dm G
Flip them high, let your worries fly
C Am
With every pancake, let the stress die

(Chorus)
Dm G
Got the buttermilk blues, can’t shake them loose
C Am
In this pancake world, we tie our own noose
Dm G
But with you by my side, we can cut it loose
C Am
This pancake life, ain’t that obtuse

(Verse 2)
Dm G
The griddle is hot, so is our beat
C Am
Pancakes and music, it’s quite the treat
Dm G
With spatula in hand, and rhythm in feet
C Am
We conquer the world, no room for defeat

(Chorus)
Dm G
Got the buttermilk blues, can’t shake them loose
C Am
In this pancake world, we tie our own noose
Dm G
But with you by my side, we can cut it loose
C Am
This pancake life, ain’t that obtuse
