1. Backstory:
Favorable Garage is a group of four childhood friends from the quaint town of Bakersfield, California. They initially bonded over their shared love for music and skateboarding, spending their afternoons jamming in the old garage of the band’s frontman, Jake Reynolds. The name ‘Favorable Garage’ was born out of this setup as the garage was their favorable place to escape and express themselves through music. Over the years, their music evolved, reflecting their experiences growing up, from youthful rebellion to finding love, facing heartbreak, and discovering their individual identities.
With Jake on vocals and guitar, his brother Luke on bass, their best friend, Tom, on drums, and the talented Lilly on keyboards, they worked tirelessly to perfect their sound. After years of performing at local gigs and honing their craft, Favorable Garage caught the attention of a local record producer. They soon found themselves signed to a record label, propelling them to the national stage.
