Backstory:
Favorable Scarecrow was formed in the mid-autumn days of 2008 in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington. Childhood friends Steve O’Reilly (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Ethan Miller (drums, backup vocals) shared a passion for music and a desire to create something unique. The duo found their missing pieces in Jack Monroe (lead guitar) and Ryan Kent (bass), who joined the band after a chance meeting at a local open mic night. The group quickly bonded over their shared love for music and the unique sound they found when playing together. Since their formation, Favorable Scarecrow has become a mainstay in the Seattle music scene, known for their high-energy performances and innovative sound.
