Backstory:
Firm Good was born in the heart of Manhattan in 2012 when four childhood friends: Tommy ‘TJ’ Johnson, Danny ‘D’ Matthews, Jayson ‘J’ Campbell, and Ricky ‘R’ Cortez, decided to merge their unique musical talents. The four, who had grown up in the same neighborhood, went to the same school, and shared a common love for music, began playing in garages, local bars, and small gigs around the city. An unexpected break came for them when they were spotted by a talent scout at a charity concert. After signing with the independent label ‘Street Vibes,’ they released their first single, which quickly gained momentum and propelled them into the mainstream music industry.
