Flawed Drug

Backstory:
Flawed Drug was born out of the high school dreams of four friends from the heart of Seattle. The mutual love for music led Parker, Chance, Rory, and Jude to form a band in the basement of Parker’s parents’ home. The name ‘Flawed Drug’ was born out of their candid acknowledgement of their lack of musical perfection, but a burning passion to create something extraordinary. Over time, they developed their unique sound which resonates with a wide demographic, including the youthful rebels and the seasoned rockers.

Their journey wasn’t always filled with record deals and concert tours. There were moments of doubt and struggle as they hustled from one coffee shop gig to another. However, their undeniable chemistry and dedication to their craft propelled them forward. Today, Flawed Drug is beyond just a band, it’s an emblem of resilience, a testament to the power of music, and a beacon to those who dare to dream.

Song Title:
“Echoes of the Past”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse)
[G] I walk these streets, they’re filled with [Em] regret,
[C] Echoes of the past, a silhouette [D].
[G] Shadows dance in the corners of my [Em] mind,
[C] A love that’s lost, but not left [D] behind.

(Chorus)
Em] Echoes of the past, they’re [G] calling,
[D] Memories unveiled, they’re [C] falling.
[Em] Can’t escape the rhythm of the [G] past,
[D] It haunts me, but I’m [C] free at last.

(Verse)
[G] The rain washes away the pain [Em],
[C] But the echoes, they still [D] remain.
[G] In every corner, in every [Em] street,
[C] The echoes of the past, they [D] repeat.

(Chorus)
[Em] Echoes of the past, they’re [G] calling,
[D] Memories unveiled, they’re [C] falling.
[Em] Can’t shake off the rhythm of the [G] past,
[D] It haunts me, yet I’m [C] free at last.

Fan Testimonial:

My name is Allie and I’ve been a fan of Flawed Drug since their first underground gig. Their raw energy, passion, and honesty are invigorating. Their music speaks to the heart, it talks about life, love, and everything in between. It’s a reflection of the human condition, our victories, and our vulnerabilities. Their song, “Echoes of the past,” is a hauntingly beautiful reflection of one’s struggle with their past. It resonates with me on a personal level as I’ve been through a similar journey. For me, Flawed Drug is more than just a band. It’s a reminder that no matter how flawed we are or how convoluted our past may be, there’s always hope.
