Backstory:
Flustered Acoustic began its journey in the small town of Edenton, North Carolina. Frontman Parker Rutherford and guitarist, Evan Shaw, had been close friends since childhood, sharing a love for music and a dream of creating a band. They spent their after-school hours jamming in Evan’s garage, but it wasn’t until they met Clara Hargrove, a gifted violinist and vocalist, that their dreams started to align with reality. Clara brought a unique sound to their music, and together, they formed ‘Flustered Acoustic’, a name inspired by their experience of creating music in the chaos of their everyday lives.
Over the past decade, Flustered Acoustic has managed to win hearts all over the country with their raw and soulful sound. Their journey from jamming in a garage to selling out shows nationally is a testament to their talent and passion. Yet, they have managed to keep their humble roots intact, incorporating the sounds and experiences of their small town into their music.
