[G] Been in this town for too [D] long,

[Am] Got my heart, [C] got my soul,
[D] Running until I find my [G] goal.

[G] The road is long, the [D] night is cold,
[Em] But I’ve got stories to be [C] told.
[Am] Miss the past, [C] fear the unknown,
[D] But I know I must journey [G] alone.
(Chorus)
[G] Running against the [D] wind,
[Em] Trying to find a way to [C] win.
[Am] Got my dreams, [C] got my pride,

[Em] I keep [C] running against the [G] wind.
